Short Film Category
First, Second, and Third place winners will be awarded $100, $75, and $50 respectfully. The winning video will receive a traveling trophy for display at their local library.
Public Service Announcement (PSA) Category
First, Second, and Third place winners will be awarded $100, $75, and $50 respectfully . First place will then be sent onto the statewide competition. The statewide winner will be announced in April, and will receive $250.
